Our 60-Day 100% Peaceful Skin Return Policy (US Only)

At Dermazen, every formula we craft is a heartfelt promise to bring you peaceful skin and peace of mind. We understand that everyone's journey to serene skin is unique, and sometimes, a product might not be the perfect fit for you.

If you find that our products aren't harmonizing with your skin, we're here to help: our refund policy allows anyone to try our products for 60 days.

If you've used the product for at least 10 days and it doesn’t seem to be working for you, you can send it back for a 100% refund. To start a return for your order simply reach out to [email protected] and include your order number to begin processing your refund within 60 days of receiving your order.

We do not offer any refunds or guarantees on international orders. We look forward to opening international distribution centers in the future.
