What do I do if I have been charged for a subscription I thought was cancelled?Updated 3 months ago

If you notice a charge for a subscription you believed was canceled, please contact our support team by emailing [email protected] 

We will review the status of your subscription, cancel it if not already done. If there is an open order we will cancel and refund it. Should it have already shipped, we ask that you mark it return to sender or refuse the delivery to have the order returned to us for a refund.
