How do I deal with a damaged product received from Dermazen?Updated 2 months ago

If you received a damaged Dermazen product, we will create a replacement order for you, which will be shipped out as promptly as possible. Please email [email protected] with a picture and description of the damage. 

Please note: If this occurs around a holiday, shipping may be delayed slightly due to the closure of postal services.
